How do i know if my cat is preagnant?

my cat got out a few weeks ago like three and she is getting fatter like preagnant fat and her teets are bigger and rosier she is always tired and she hasnt had any other symtoms like eating a lot or wanting more attention or making a nesting area is she preagnant or not
