What are the repercussions in response to an incomplete NA (Narcotics Anonymous) attendance card?

If you are an addict, don't worry about tomorrow, the judge or anything else because you'll use again and get in trouble again and on and on and on until one day you'll be dead at an early age or if you are lucky, like I was, some judge will slam you hard enough to save your life.
