Uses for a large quantity of mayonnaise?

My father recently was cleaning out his larder and gave me a 64 oz unopened tub of mayonnaise. It expires in July 2009. I honestly have no idea what to do with it that could use that much mayonnaise, and it's too big to fit in my fridge once it's opened. Any ideas for it from you folks would be appreciated!
