How does it does it sound..for a first page of a BOOK?

Wow, this is a pretty good first page. I could just imagine all the wonderful things they are about to encounter during their departure and landing. The only part I would change is "planet Earth", "Earth" by itself would suit it fine. If you do make a book, you'd better tell us the name. I would definently read it.
