If i arrive in London Gatwick at 7:15 a.m can I make it to my 11:00 a.m flight at Heathrow?

yep, you gotta get the express bus which connects the two airports. In traffic it's kinda crazy...if you didn't already book it, dont do it....if you did, be ready to be hasty at getting off the plane and thru immigration.
