Should I accept this girl's terms?

So I've been really head over heels for this girl and when I found out she was single I begged her to let me be her boyfriend. She said she will accept it as long as I obey her every whim and I'm at her beck and call 24/7. Another condition is that I don't mind if she hangs out with other boys but I'm not allowed to hang out with other girls, unless she is also around. Should I break any of her rules, she will never ever talk to me again. Quite strict conditions... is she trying to test me or to scare me away? I know it sounds more like I'd give myself as a slave to her if I'd accept her terms but after all I'd be ready to do so because I'm so obsessed with her, I'd even give my life away for her.
