Mould all over my house, where is it coming from?

First you need to inspect your house from the inside out. Check the outside surrounding, your roof, walls, windows, etc... and look for any leaks, breaks, damage, water damage, etc. If you do see something you need to contact your landlord. It is your landlords responsibility to fix the mold problem.
