HAS NE1 EVER FELT LIKE THEY've GONE COMPLETELY CRAZY?

the weather just sucks outside and as Im sayin that now its kinda gettin nice out, I live in Iowa, and I Dont really feel like callin ne1,Im movin soon, I have alotta thoughts just runnin, how should I slow it down? As Im writting this queston Im starting 2 feel better now!
