Is my boyfriend very cheap or what?

I moved in with my boyfriend 4 months ago. I paid all the moving expenses ($600). Since I moved in on 11/17, he wants me to pay him rent for the last 14 days. I own a townhouse and started renting it on 12/1. So, he wants me to pay for my mortgage, rent at his place and all the moving expenses!!! He is also charging me a rent for 2 roommates (me and my son): $800 for each person per month. According to him, he is giving me a discount and should charge me $1,000 per person. I make good money. Living with him is actually costing me more than when I was living by myself with my son. He is convinced that we should keep everything business. Do you agree? Is that the way other people do it? Please let me know how you divide the bills with your BF/GF. I am very confused and ready to give up and move back to my own place...
