Is he a child molestor, Ex-con of some sort? What's the problem with him watching the kids? Put yourself in her place. How would you feel if you were remarried and you wanted your new wife to watch the kids. To me this sounds like a jealousy issue between you two. I cant imagine why that was even put into your divorce agreement.
