Where can i get a gown?

I have a wedding to go to May 8. It's an evening wedding and I am not in the bridal party but all the guys are wearing long tail tuxedos. I need ot find a hot pink to fuchsia colored gown. Can't be poofy or look too much like a prom dress. I have a strict budget as it is such short notice. My budget is no more than $60 as I still have to buy shoes. Does anyone know of any sites that I can find any on? I have checked the mall and local places here and cannot find anything.
