Why are dogs in islam?

Dogs are my favorite animals, I love dogs and I have many. They live indoors when they want in certain areas and in the yard outdoors. Abu Huray, the hadith writer (name means father of the kitten) was a Moron. He degraded women and dogs. The Quran talks about dogs and the presence of God and angels in reference to the people of the cave that God watched over and with respect towards dogs.
