Why are people so vicious about attacking issues on a Partisan level?

Sure, our government has made its mistakes and yes, maybe some of the horrible things that have happend could have been avoided. However, when it comes to 911 it comes down to a rogue group of indeviduals trying to make a point. What did that get them? War. As far as Katrina is concerned, I am convinced that many things were done wrong, certainly the help of getting people out of there or supplies in. It could have been handled better. I could care less if someone wants to place the blaim on the Dems. or Repubs... its easy to point a finger... where where we? If we did not get off our s to help, why should we be mad that someone else did the same as us (by the way 911 happened 30 min from my home, I lost many people I loved and I helped in any way I could). You are right, people would rather point a finger than sit and talk about the issues. Good luck.
