Why do Christians think this about Islam/ Muslims?

well my opinion is that they shouldn't compare Mohammad and Jesus... because they aren't the same. they are very different. I don't research many other religions because simply i'm not interested. I have done a good amount of research before, but it's not something I pursue simply because I am very satisfied and fulfilled in my relationship with Jesus. I don't judge others for their choices though... I don't judge you for your choice. I may not necessarily agree with it... but you have your own life to live. You can't live for other people, and you shouldn't just do what others tell you because you are the only person who will be held accountable for your choices. I wish you luck. :)
