Paralegal questions, does anyone know...?

Does anyone know anything about becoming a paralegal? Is it easier to get a job if I get an ociates degree vs. getting a certificate? Is the job incredibly demanding? Is the pay good? If I do get an ociates (which I would prefer to do) are the cles tough? Thanks.
