Why does toshiba laptop suck so bad?

My toshiba has way too many problem in the span of 6 months that i bought it. First it was the motherboard that cause my laptop unable to start up. I sent it to Toshiba. Second, for some forsaken reason my motherboard went down again in which I sent it in again. After that for some crappy reason one of my memory chip fell out after two day of receiving my toshiba. Now my laptop is exhibiting another problem. It shut off out of nowhere. I am very frustated with toshiba who can't do a single thing. I don't know what to do. all i know is my warranty will run out in march and i am forced to get the warranty. What can i do? I know i will never get another toshiba product as long as i live. i just wish toshiba would actually fixed customer problem.
