Want to compete with High School Musical, but I need a big idea, please tell me if this appeals to you???

I am downright angry with High School musical and all of the other Disney Channel junk that our children are exposed to every single day. Heck, if my boy were ever to watch that, its off to military school for him - same thing for my two daughters, who get crewcuts every couple of weeks, and boy do them girls cry when the neighbors see them in the chair on my porch. Well this is my big idea...Military School Musical. Doesn't that just sound great. Instead of a bunch of pantywaist spoiled kids with rich parents singing about high school relationships, my idea is to have some 20 young men and women in full uniform and nice tight crewcut (yes even the girls) sing to the tune of a military band. The group will be tall, strong, and high school age, singing loudly and proudly for the good ole' USA, standing in tight formation clutching their rifles. There is no dance, but instead military marching and rifle twirling. I plan to turn this into a movie to teach today's brats a lesson.

Confused about this long term relationship?

Me and my bf lived together 3 yrs. Our relationship was good, we rarely argued, etc. but then I moved out to grad school. This school wasnt a good match for me. Instead of handling my anxiety I got addicted to a computer game. My addition was bad. I got sick, lost 15lb, no interest in a lot of things, being one. I quit the school and moved back in to recover. In 1/2 year my bf moved away for his studies. After a month being apart we talk, I ask him where we're going. He says he is not sure about me, suggests an open relationship, i say err no. Soon after he starts dating several girls and gets a new gf. Then dumps her in a month and says he realized he loves only me, feels bad about what he did. He now says that I have spooked him cuz I was asking about marriage and for him it sounded like i wanted it tomorrow. I am starting grad school 2nd round, so i couldn't have said that. I am confused, I love him but now i have my own doubts. Should i try to work this out or time to move on?

I was in a wreck at a gas station two weeks ago. The woman backed into my honda with her truck and my drivers side light broke out and the blinker no longer works. She also left a pretty big gash in the bumper and dented my hood a bit. When we got out she said she was so sorry and she would take care of it. She did not want to file a report because she said her insurance would go up and she could not afford that. I empathized with her as I am a single working mother struggling myself. I even reured her that it was ok and that I was just glad that my little girl was not hurt and that she and I were okay. Then I told her at least it is an old car and not a BMW it is going to be fine because she was crying.Then I had to work some crazy hours for the next two weeks so when I got an estimate at two places I called her and let her know how much it was going to be. I told her I had the print outs and that I had told them not to worry with the bumper or hood I just needed the light and blinker fixed so I could drive at night and p inspection. She now says she can not pay and that she did not mess up my bumper or my hood and I had gone to "ridiculous" places to get estimates when I know I went to one of the most reasonable guys in town. I also had just told her she could deal with them directly so she would know the money was actually going to have my car fixed. I am so frustrated and I do not know if there is anything I can do. If i could get the surveillance footage would that help? Is there anything else I can do? I am not interested in suing or money I simply need my light fixed so I can drive to work and back and my daughter will be safe.

They do take awhile to get bigger, and when you see them everyday it is hard to tell they are getting bigger. The UVB bulb and the calcium dusting is very very good. Keep a close eye on them when they are babies because they are the most fragile right now.

Don't know if they're building planes better to withstand turbulence better, but my flights these days seem a lot smoother than they used to be. Occasionally while taking off you might feel a slight shudder or two, but flying on reliable airlines, it's unlikely you'll encounter anything of great worry.

IF you haven't tried any new food , used new laundry detergent or body soap/wash then I'd say that you have an environmental allergy more so. Something in your living surroundings could be causing it. Or if you haven't gotten any new clothes that you may have some sensitivity to the fabric I'd be sure to take a benadryl or apply benadryl lotion and see what relief this will give. That is temporary help though if the source of the problem is not discovered. It may take a trip to an allergist to know.

I have been best friends with this girl for years. Well we've always been equal in our friendship until she recently lost 20lbs, she is still overweight but hides it well and everyone tells her how skinny she is, well recently she started this like ego trip thinking shes better then everyone else. From my experience, any time you start changing what is already in place, new and unforeseen expenses arise. Sometimes those walls hold unhappy little surprises. I had 1 positive pregnancy test 2 weeks ago, had very very light bleeding so I called and made an appointment for an ultra sound. Why is my T4 level high when my diagnosis is Hypothyroidism?

I havd been Hypothyroid for 11 years. I was stable on a dose of 125 mcg of Synthroid for about 6 or 7 years, then my dose needed to be decreased to 112 mcg. My does of 112 mcg was stable for about 4 or 5 years, now all of the sudden I am once again in a hyperthyroid state. My TSH level was 0.01 uIU/mL, my T4 was 1.72 ng/dL, and my White Blood Cell Count was 4,100 (may/may not be related). My doctor lowered my dose to 100 mcg. I think that I was under a great deal fo stress both times when the dosages needed to be lowered. When I asked why my dose needed to be lowered my doctor said that I must be making my thyroid hormone now than I was previously. Is this possible, or could their be another answer? I am not totally satisfied with my doctor's answer.

I have been trying to get pregnant for four months?

I had PID (pelvic Inflammatory disease) approx. 4 years ago, and one of my felopian tubes is somewhat scarred. Do you think this is why I'm not pregnant yet? Short Story Plot?

I've been working on this one for a while, but you can have it if you want. Not all the kinks are worked out. Your main character switches from scene to scene. It's a small family, just the mother, the father, the teenage son, and a two year old girl. They are your basic family. On the surface they seem normal. Cheery and have their own personalities. The trick is, none of them can be taken at face value. None of them are truely happy. Yes, including the two year old. It can actually be pretty interesting to come up with the psychological mood of a baby. Trust me. They are all deeply depressed, and they don't know what to do about it except pretend everything's normal. They're empty shells, and they don't feel like they are really alive. Like they are just there for no reason at all. Depressing yes, but much can be done with this. They each dwell on the one thing in their life they would have done differently, or what somebody else should have done differently. You see their ups and downs. You feel for them. You cry when they cry. You hurt when they hurt. Make sure they each have some sort of humor. They all think that they are the only ones who have a problem, and so they don't turn to each other, which might be the only thing that can save them. The story can either end in a m enlightenment or really thoughtful, leaving you to draw your own conclusions. I hope you like it. It might not make much sense on here, but it's clear as a bell in my head, playing it there like a tv show. Hope you can make it your own and get that picture too. HELP!!! Whats wrong with my budgie?

My parakeet has lost feathers under her wing and it looks like it is sore, and there are little blackish dots under there attached to the shafts of the feathers that are still there, close to the skin. I'm not sure if it's little dried blood drops or bugs (nothing is moving) or what. Most of the feathers are gone under the wing and the skin looks pink, but there are small patches of orange. She seems very irritated under her wing. She has not plucked or picked her own feathers. She holds up her wing and it is shaking...not sure if its from pain or irritation. Could this be a bacterial thing, a fungal thing, a parasitic thing, or ??? She sleeps on two legs and her breathing is a bit labored. HELP - Hair loss question related to Thyroid?

Hi, I have a question regarding hair loss and hypothyroidism(slow thyroid) that I would appreciate any ones help and input. I am 27 year old male now and have been on levothyroxine for my hypothyroidism since I was 12. I have always had a full head of hair until I got a haircut about 3 months ago. After my haircut, my hair was insanely thin and I still have a bald patch on the side of my head. I wear my hair up and all over the place(messy look) and it was totally obvious. Up to this point there were no signs of my hair thinning or loss on general. My doctor recently increased the dosage on my medicine to 175. He initially said my levels were fine, but then increased my medicine anyway? Also, looking at recent photos from a friends wedding you can tell my face was very bloated and skin very white. Can anyone give me some insight on there experiences? When and how long should I expect before my hair grows back? This is horribly stressing. It hasn't seemed to approve yet maybe just a little but that could be in my head. All of this happened so suddenly. Also, male pattern baldness does not run in my family.. Help!

well my opinion is that they shouldn't compare Mohammad and Jesus... because they aren't the same. they are very different. I don't research many other religions because simply i'm not interested. I have done a good amount of research before, but it's not something I pursue simply because I am very satisfied and fulfilled in my relationship with Jesus. I don't judge others for their choices though... I don't judge you for your choice. I may not necessarily agree with it... but you have your own life to live. Denied a loan mod for insufficient income?

I am currently in my 10th month struggle with Chase, trying to get a loan modification approved. I lost my job 2 years ago as a teacher, and have been working at other jobs to keep my home afloat. After submitting doent, after doent, over and over, I called today only to be told that a letter was drafted and being sent out to deny my loan mod due to insufficient income (i.e. don't make enough per month). How can I be denied for not making enough? Isn't that the whole reason I sought out this program? When I speak to my case manager, I will ask about increasing my income, and if that would help. Does anyone know what the SUFFICIENT amount is? This is so frustrating I hope someone can shed some light on this issue. thanks

How do I clean one of those pack and play mattresses with the cardboard type stuff on the inside?

I made a mistake and have been putting our baby in her pack and play without some kind of waterproof pad on the mattress, and now baby spit has soaked through the entire thing, including the board, and stained it. What could be causing the pain in my index finger? Can it be life-threatening?

I am 27, 5' 7" tall, overweight by a bit (have Hypothyroidism but on corrective meds and working out everyday trying to get the weight off/eating correctly), have back pain (after walking 100 yards because of the keg in the front and a tiny roll on my back), I am in front of a computer (employment) anywhere from 8 - 13 hours a day, and I have had this horrible pain in my right index finger for about 7 days, now. It hurts like crud when I try to play video games or when I do something as simple as clicking the left on my mouse. I did see a doctor on Friday (when I realized this was definitely serious) and she prescribed me Etodolac (which only dulls the pain by maybe 40%, and told me to get in a wrist splint. I have been popping all my fingers, my elbow, and my shoulder... nothing. The wrist splint helps me not wake up in the morning screaming when blood tries to rush into my hand . . . but it's been like this for 7 days. I've read where it could be my weight (I gained 27 lbs. in 2 months .. only been working out daily for the last 11 days) or it could be CTS ....is there anything else it could be? And could this be life-threatening or could I start to have damage in my finger over time? I am thinking about seeing an orthopedic specialist. HELP SAVE MY HAND. *lol* thanks!

Vinegar (acetic acid) + baking soda (sodium bicarbonate)= CO2 (carbon dioxide gas) and like the respondent before me said, this gas is what leavens the cake or causes it to rise. Baking soda ALWAYS interacts w/ acids, usually fruit acids, in a recipe. Baking powder interacts more w/ the moisture and heat created by the baking process. Baking powder actually has some sodium bicarbonate in it, as well as at least 3 other ingredients. NO, not all cakes contain baking soda. Most of them contain baking powder, and NO, the two are NEVER interchangeable. I've made red velvet cake before. This is standard procedure, so don't deviate from it, especially since it's your first time. Red Velvet Cake is traditionally VERY moist and delicious, so you should be quite alright. Don't worry. Breathe and trust. Just use the pan size they tell you to in your recipe, line it w/ a circle of waxed paper traced from the edge of the cake pan, and cut to fit in it, and make sure your oven runs true to temperature. Last of all: DO NOT open the door during the baking process as THIS is what causes cakes to fall. If you do need to check on it, do that within the LAST 5 minutes of the minimum baking time listed. Also, be sure all your ingredients are fresh, especially the baking soda and flour as the cake may/will fail if the leavening agents are old.

So I'm 18 and my brother is 20 and he and his girlfriend have been going out for about 4 months.
